I lost my game progress

For Android devices:

Try the following:

  1. Restart your device.
  2. Reinstall the game and reconnect it to Google Play Games. Run the game and connect with your old profile either when entering the game or via the green gamepad in the upper right corner of the game screen(the green joystick icon on the main game screen) if it was previously connected.
  3. Restart Ghost Town Adventures after that

If that doesn't fix the problem, contact our customer support and provide the following information:

    1. A detailed description of the problem.
    2. What happened before your progress was lost (you reinstalled the game, changed devices, updated the software, etc.).

For iOS devices:


Try the following:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the same iCloud account and Game Center. ICloud Drive should be turned on and running.
    When starting our game, there will be a login in the Game Center - it needs to be resolved if necessary. But usually, it happens automatically.
  2. Re-start the game after that.

If that doesn't fix the problem, contact our customer support and provide the following information:

    1. A detailed description of the problem.
    2. What happened before your progress was lost (you reinstalled the game, changed devices, updated the software, etc.).
