I haven't received the coins I purchased?

It may take some time for the purchased coins to appear in the game. If you receive a message the purchase has been gone to your account but the coins are still missing update your game. If you haven't received them yet after updating send us your ID (you can find it right under your game window) and all information related to your purchase. Do not forget to provide the purchase day, time and time zone.
To send a ticket to the support click "Submit a request" in the upper right corner of the support portal.
